transport cost

Its 9am in the morning, and i slept at 4 in the morning, and i am blogging right now... What kind of life am i having? But i really feel like ranting something out.

Why, can someone tell me why, is that POLY student have to pay adult fare whilst JC student can jolly well stick to those cheap and good student fare? But both are the same age wad... dun u think its unfair?

or is it because....

Poly student are richer?

if that is the real reason, i am gonna kill myself, because polt.students.are.not.richer.than.jc.student. in fact, come to think abt it, i think JC student are richer. especially those in SAJC. i mean most, not all.

however, the more financially average student are more commonly found in poly. and which leads me to think that there are only 5 poly in singapore. which leads to many many student going to a sch far from their home.

lets take my friend C, for example. and no, C doesnt stand for CHIOW WOON or CYNTHIA, C means classmate.

C lives in sembawang, goes to TP, which is in the east side of singapore. then whenever he wanna go to TP, he would have to take a bus to woodlands, which is in the other direction from his destination, and then FROM woodlands bus interchange, he has to take a bus to TP.

i dunno how much it cost though, but i'm sure it wun come cheap. HE MUST ALSO TAKE BACK FROM TP TO HOME.
some of you might go 'he oh bi good lar. why dun score well for olevel so he can go to some JC near his place'

well, i think that is just plain ridiculous to let a person suffer from having to pay adult fares just because he dun do well for Olevel. he didnt score well, fine.

on the other hand...

there are so many JC in singapore. and some are really close to those JC-goers. so if between POLY student and JC student. and one group has to sacrifice to pay adult fares, i think it should be the JC one. really. not just because i am a poly student. but...

1)JC nearer to their house
2)most JC goers come from well-to-do families, such as those from SAJC, ACJC, CJC. i said most. geddit?
3)even if they pay adult fare, it wun be so expensive compared to us. POLY go-ers.

make sense? i think so too

another point.

why must make poly and jc student pay diff fare leh, just because they wear unifrom and can be officially classified as student? rubbish.

on the other hand, poly fees are higher, way higher then JC. so theres no reason why should we pay more on transport already.

here, i am done with wad i have to say, i am going swimming and suntanning now.

p.s:some of you might ask me to JC if i kao peh so much, as a matter of fact, i could have gotten into JC anytime i want.

bye bye!
